Passports
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Non-British passport holders must have permanent residency, work permit, student visa or settlement visa and must have six remaining months validity on the visa. All passport must be digital (manual passports are not accepted). Special restriction may apply to passports of certain countries such as China.
How to Book
We will require the following
1. A completed booking form
2. A deposit of £300 per passenger (non-refundable)
3. Passport - Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Non-British passport holders must have permanent residency, work permit, student visa or settlement visa and must have six remaining months validity on the visa. All passport must be digital (manual passports are not accepted).
4. 1 passport sized colour photograph (white background).
5. Meningitis ACWY Immunisation Certificate issued within 3 years of travel date.
6. All female applicants must be accompanied by a Mahram. Proof of relationship will be required where surnames differ between Mahram and female passenger.
Additional Notes
* The Saudi authorities have introduced a new repeat Umrah visa fee of 2,000 SAR (£450 approx) which will be applicable to those who have previously already travelled on an Umrah visa since October 2016.
* Please note that Triple and Quad rooms are often configured with the addition of an extra rollaway or sofa bed. Triple rooms may be configured as a double bed with the addition of an extra rollaway or sofa bed. Quad rooms may be configured with the introduction 2 extra rollaway beds. Saudi hotel check-in times are 4pm and check out at 1pm.
* Not occupying a seat on the flights. Bassinet, bulkhead and baby cot requests are strictly subject to availability. Any such requests cannot be guaranteed. Any additional associated costs may be chargeable separately.
* Children over the age of 6 without a bed may be required to pay for breakfast at the hotel.
